Kings County Referral Exchange
Kings United Way has partnered with Unite Us to establish The Referral Exchange for Kings County.
Most organizations can join for FREE and list their numerous programs and resources that other organizations can refer clients to in a secure, closed-loop electronic referral system. Unite Us’ goal is to connect everyone to the care they need, and together we are helping Kings County be healthier and more connected.
Unite Us is in over 40 states and is working their way through California creating The Unite California Network and your organization can join us! Learn more by visiting California.UniteUs.com.
Partners can get reports and use built in screenings on this safe and secure cloud based platform. Unite Us even has COVID-19 resources built in to the platform. The Unite Us Platform is compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, FIPS, 42 CFR Part 2, and SOC 2 Type 2 Certified. Learn more on: UniteUs.com/how-it-works.
